Fill out and submit our secure online form, a complete Uniform Residential Loan Application. This is only recommended if you are ready to apply. It may take 15-30 minutes to complete. All information submitted during this application is privacy-protected and will be sent directly to Meyer Mortgage. A loan officer will contact you once your application is received. Download the Application Form ( PDF format - Adobe Acrobat required). Print it, fill it out and mail or fax it back to us at (270) 842-1954. Make sure you sign and include the Credit Release form.
